Yes Porsche aren't bad provided it's not trim bits . BMW are shite though as their parts info is useless . Almost as if a 16 year old on crack swopped all the info over to PC and muddled all the part numbers up !!! ha ha

Mercedes Benz i'm told are also good when it comes to supplying parts for older cars. Apparently the worst is Honda i've heard that they only guarantee parts availability for ten years (for a brand new car). Mind you in the UK theres not much of a following for old Hondas.

Vw are very good as well, i had a mk1 golf a few years ago. They ended production in 1982 and i wanted a weld on engine mount for it and vw told me the only way to get it was to buy a complete chassis leg which they could get for me for the next day
