Best i-phone dock/hifi advice..

I went to currys and listened to a demo of a bose docking station.
I was a bit underwhelmed to be honest.
It sounded ok but not wow.
Maybe I need to rethink.Its to replace a mini denon that gave up the ghost a while back and maybe its not a fair comparison?

I actually went with a BOSE in the end!
It gives good sound at reasonable cost.
I agree the the B&W zeppelin is an awesome piece of kit but I just couldnt justify the cost for very occasional use.
