We used to fit the original Trackers to TVR's, the fitter had to drive the car out of our yard to register because we had a national grid power line above us and they couldn't pick it up..........

I have a non subscription tracker on mine, it cos £50 from ebay. Easy to install and set up it even has an app for smartphones to arm/disarm and track/monitor the car. Came with a microphone so in monitor mode you can record sound within the car

Quite a few cars have been nicked from around here recently and the yellow one with a tracker fitted got found straight away .
The rest have still not been seen since . Foook knows where they all go though , rumours say Ireland so we should track one and find out as it might lead us to the others .

My mates mk1 got pinched a few years ago and we will know it when we see it no matter what they do to it . Every repair , panel gap or hole you drill makes your shell unique so unless they replace all the panels (too expensive) you can spot it later on .
Take pics of all the repairs , mods and any holes you've drilled with measurements and this is like a finger print and proof it's yours later on . Anyone who buys a stolen car that turns up later has too return it to the owner or insurance company even if they bought it in good faith .
