  • Bond Esprit

I know to many the DB5 is the ultimate Bond car and Sean Connery the definitive Bond, however to me as a young lad in the 70's it will always be Roger Moore and the white S1 Esprit in The Spy Who Loved Me.

I've loved the S1 Esprits ever since, before they got spoilers and shit glued Ono them ...and Turbos

Might have to go to this auction !!

When i first clapped eyes on that s1 espirt in the Spy who loved me bond film i thought "what a machine" . Good film as well , love the bit where it drives out the sea and up the beach and Roger Moore chucks the fish out , lol .

Was out & about yesterday and came across this. Have to admit I do like them even if they are a mish mash of Leyland parts..........

Like most cars the first of the breed are the cleanest and purest form.

                  Love the S1 shape.
