I have noticed cars at the extremes of the country tend not to get much interest and are bargains ripe for picking if you wiling to travel.
Get loads of pics sent to you first of all the usual MKII rot areas !!cheeRS

I had the same pictures from him, I must admit I was not impressed with the interior given the asking price.
The drivers seat looked decidedly 'saggy' and for £4k I would not expect to find speaker holes.
Put it this way, I have just bought a 1980 'V' plate, 111k miles fully documented, all MOT's loads of bills, no sunroof, no speaker holes - one of the soundest shells I have seen in the 17 years I have owned these cars for - all for under £3k. The only drawback, as you will already know if you've looked at my posts on this site, is that it has a full Custom spec minus the fishnets.
Still looking in case anyone has some out there !
