anyone ever used them how do they charge and are they any good, ive got a bonnet peppered with stone chips and want it sorted

I have used the guy in Bromsgrove and the job was good but a whole bonnet is too much for them. What car is it on, they can't mix paint unless they have the formula and 70's 80's Fords aren't on their database.
Like most things, it is down to the skill of the individual franchisee rather than the brand. I have had similar good and bad experiences with paintless dent removal from the same brand, again down to the operative.
We used to get them in to the car park at work to do a batch of company cars, they bring their own awning and heat lamps, you need to supply the electricity !.

I looked into becoming a franchisee when they first started up, but the upfront capital they wanted, I would've been better off with a Snap On van. Or a pub
