    Hi guys,

can anyone bring me up to speed with current legislation for radically modified classic cars, my build is a mk2 RS 2000 with grafed in Mitsubishi evo floorpan and chassis with all the evo running gear 4wd,2ltr turbo, yaw control etc, i'm horrified to think that after all the work, time and money I may have to put it on a Q plate because it wont pass the IVA 8 point system, any info would be greatly appreciated

Basically if you have a v5 for a mk2 and a chassis plate that matches it then you have no worries, ridiculous though that is!

"A mk2 RS 2000 with grafed in Mitsubishi evo floorpan and chassis with all the evo running gear 4wd,2ltr turbo, yaw control etc"

Thankfully, such pratices aren't allowed in the Federal Republic.

Thought the purists out there would think such practises should be illegal anyway LOL !, but it will be an awesome machine when I have finished it,the cosworth thing has been done to death so I opted for something that hasn't been done before as far as I am aware

Item 3 seems pertinent? Can't deny that description, so its difficult testing time and a 'Q' plate!
