One thing that has puzzled me is why were the fighters that were suposed to protect New York never scrambled into action. Even after the first aircraft hit the twin towers they never got off the ground. It makes you wonder if the hijacked planes were let through to give America a reason for a war, or am I being a tad cynical.
What do you all think, or is this a bit heavy for a Friday night
