Had some really bad news today!!!,a lad that I used to work with had a heart attack on Friday and died!!!!.he was only 48!!!!..it was quite a shock,he was fit as a butchers dog aswell!!!..RIP big fella,he was such a decent honest bloke aswell,I know that's what people say when friends,family pass away,but he really was!!!!.it's such as shame!!!!!.......so just enjoy life as much as you can,as you don't know what's round the corner!!!!....

Sorry to hear that Foxy....12 months ago my colleague was the same age and was missing from work for 2 days. Someone was sent round to see if all was ok and he was passed away in the arm chair. Such a shame

But, it takes these things to make us realise that life is for living......it is a precious thing with no guarantees

Hence, enjoy every day as though it's your last.....

Seen it myself, our apprentice at Whites (Taunton) 19 he was, the service manager comes in one morning and said Brian's been killed in a car crash with his mate... Two young lads gone in one fell swoop
Have as much fun as you can while you can, you never know when it'll be your last day...

I know this from my own experience, my dad died at the young age of 43.
Thoughts are with his friends and family.
