        e-bay

E-bay has got really bad. It used to be a great place to buy and sell car stuff. They got real greedy, and its hurting both buyers and sellers.
I'm surprised nothing has come along and provide a simple market place for our junk.

I assume they expect you to have a pro account after 10 items a month.
I suspect it's one of the many things come and go. Write them a snotty e-mail about it, saying you don't wish to be limited to a certain number of items over a 30 day period as private seller. The other way to do it is the write the listings so that people contact you for the other stuff and you include the pics of the other stuff you have for sale.

Yes it seems to be a new thing they started about 6 months ago because my wife had the same limit when she started to sell, saying that after she had been selling for a couple of months she requested that they lift/remove the limit and they did it with no hassle even though she had only sold about half a dozen things in total.

              All the best, Neil.

Surely the more you list the more money they make? Cutting their own profits there I guess?

Not if you're like me a tight sod, I only list on free listing days so I only fork out if and item sells. They have free listing days almost every other weeekend at the moment and the great thing is you can then list items at a starting price that you would be happy to accept as a sale price and if it makes a bit more you're quids-in.

                  All the best, Neil.
