I thought so but tonight i will be starting to take gearbox out to fit a new clutch which i havent actually bought yet coz the shops were shut when i realised i needed one but thats the way i seem to always work.

My escort is looking good,with the new Rothmans livery,& sitting on the new Gartrac decambered springs.Picking her up tomorrow from the mates bodyshop where the wheels have just been sprayed gold.

Listening to everyone complain how cold & miserable the camping was last year,I decided to bring my camper van.Arranged the loan of a trailer,so everything organized,until last weekend !! Battering down the M6 in the Vivaro & BANG,pulled over on to the hard shoulder,lifted the bonnet & the fan belt had snapped,anyway in a nut shell The fan belt snapped,wrapped itself around the cam belt pulley,which subsequently jumped a couple of teeth,resulting in a head full of bent valves
