Real shame and not just Retroford . Unity Media also produced Retro Cars and performance Ford mags !!! Classic Ford is controlled by different publishers or else that would have been shut down as well .
Bean counters will always pull the plug on low volume stuff , hence the newsagents are now only stuffed full of women's mags and porn !!!!

But you must admit, we did have lots of magazines all covering the same old modifications, in cars, I will say I got bored of reading the same old stuff, the only things that really change is the car colour, to many adverts and too many cars turning up soon after a magazine article for sale, just proves they where out to make more money and not really enthusiast, ...I stopped buying the same old magazines years ago, just stick to the one I know it's repetitive articles, but I only pay once for it in one magazine

I looked forward to my copy every month, granted some issues are "samey" but to be fair there's only so much feature cars available to them, and an escort is still an escort, and most of us run similar spec so it must be difficult for them to remain fresh, as for the ads, it wouldn't be viable without them
I only bought CF in the last few years if there was an interesting article, that may be about to change!
Old fords may be our little world but in the bigger scheme of things, it's a niche, so maybe we'll see retro cars mag survive, a lot more to pick from for features etc, time will tell
At the end of the day, if you don't buy magazines they won't be around forever
All the best to Ben and the team for the future

Retro cars and Performance Ford mags are in the same boat as owned by the same publishers . If people don't buy them at £4 a month then accountants pull the plug . Now it's only women that buy mags hence there's 50x mags in WH smiths catering for the shite they like !!!! Heaven help us all , lol .
