Victory in County Court against NewFord Parts Centre

Justice at last... Eight months after being duped by this lying ba***rd I have finally had the judge award in my favour. Last year I bought from this crooks website an exhaust manifold for my Mk1 RS2000 that he described as a agenuine Ford part for an RS2000. You can imagine the excitement when I thought i'd found a Ford cast iron manifold for a Mk1 RS2000! No such luck...it was for a bloody Mk3 Cortina.
First he said send it back and i'll give you a refund and then it's "no i've changed my mind you can have a credit note". Why do I want a credit note to spend with this lot? and so I went to the county court and issued a summons.
Today victory for the common man. Judgement for me for £132 plus return postage and costs and it serves him right.
Avoid New Ford parts Online or deal with them at your peril

Yes mr frost you are right!!!!But the one from new ford parts is for a sierra!!!!As if I remember right,it had a 86 year part number on it!!!!so if you are a sad f o o k e r and you want the correct manifold,then it should have a 71 year part number on it!!!..Jesus,I need to get out more!!!...so in future ask the seller who's selling a pinto exhaust manifold "what year is on it????"..That's if you want the right one for a mk1 rs2000,yes they are all the same,but it's the year that's on them!!!..hope this info helps......

I enquired about a "nos" wing..When I got there it was one of those crap repros that you used to get from the parts factors in the mid 80's..when I was serving my time we used to keep sending these back until we got one that was approximately the same shape as an original and could dolly into maybe fitting...
He insisted it was a Ford wing and that the sticker was missing..
I have not been there since even though he is only 4 miles from me.
Just loads of rusty old shite from what I saw of his place.
