    Just received this in a email which had a Paypal Logo on it, but Goolge Chrome flagged the link up as Phishing Website. Which is numnag.com.

    "Dear PayPal client,

    You have received this email because you or someone had used your account from different locations. For security purpose, we are required to open an investigation into this matter.

    In order to safeguard your account, we require that you confirm your details.
    To help speeed up this process, please access the following link so we can complete the verification of your PayPal Account registration information.

    Use your PayPal account to spend, send, and manage your money. Or, create a merchant account for your business. And so much more. Discover the details here.


    If we do not receive the appropriate account verification within 24 hours, then we will assume this PayPal account is fraudulent and will be suspended.

    The purpose of this verification is to ensure that your account has not been fraudulently used and to combat the fraud from our community.
    We appreciate your support and understanding and thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

    When I clicked on the sender under the PayPal it comes up with:-
    PayPal <martyke@ntlworld.com>.


    Yes it did have the spelling mistake.

    I've had them many times, never opened them though. Any email I get supposedly from PayPal or eBay I check with that sites first. It's pretty obvious when the same email comes from "my bank" when it's 3 or 4 banking companies I don't use

      Always log in though the web site and never from a link on an e-mail, then just check.

      Same applies to all on-line security really.
