I was paying almost £25 a month from BT so decided to cancell and go with another provider

The make me stay with BT they now reduced it to £13

The AA did the same with me when I threatened to leave them, knocked £30 off. The lass told me If you've had no call out's tell them you want to cancel every year and you get ncd, even though they don't advertise it.
