The moral of the story is this, these days when you are selling anything and you are not suiteably experienced or qualified to value it yourself then you have to get someone that is! Ideally get 3 quotes or compare the prices, we do it all the time whether buying insurance, washing machine or whatever! Most careful people will do this or discuss a value with their relatives or friends, this lady did not and so sadly for her she was caught out!
