                        The route across the A6 Shap was memorable, but yeah the ascent to the slate mine in 2009 was inspiring too.

                          2007 for me,going across the Kirkstone pass in the clouds and then dropping down to the first stop and there just just a buzz in the air and dropping down from the slate mine to buttermere
