Beware ebay seller michaele 3199

That is, of course, bad luck. I usually try to scan ebay and my messages and e-mails every 3-4 days if on holiday. You never know what could happen in your absence. And with people wanting an immediate response, it's dead easy to end up in trouble, even if it's not your fault...

It's probably best to simply send stuff at a higher cost, recorded, insured etc to cover yourself.

I don't think your alone mate with this seller, errol has had same problem with goods from seller , tho he used a different user name on eBay at that time. I steer clear of stuff seller puts on eBay,, yeah looks and sounds good but I'd rather do without than have the aggro of chasing refunds for duff parts.
I asked seller abt a part for my car via eBay , said he didn't have it then I received a pm to my wanted add on here and he said he had just listed what I wanted on eBay. No I didn't bother then and I don't now.

Update on michaele 3199

OK thanks for all your comments. Spoke to ebay and paypal again today. They stated that nothing can be done because it`s over 45 days HOWEVER they also stated that if other people have had bad dealings/been conned by michaele 3199 like me they will have to take the matter further. Any help/comments would be gratefully received.
Also, what other name does he trade under on ebay so I can avoid at all costs!

Glad you pointed this guy out because i would prob have had a bid on some of his other stuff he got for sale. If you have his address is it not worth paying him a visit if its not too far away.

That depends on whether you fancy a quick appearance in front of the magistrate for the sake of 100 quid, see one criminal record and a 500 quid fine...
