Nowt wrong with horse meat, tasty.
Just think how many years you've been eating it and not noticed

If you want to make burgers buy some mince, it's easy

I'm a 46 yr old chef mate, if I don't know where it comes from, either country or animal, I don't use it.

Findus Lasagne, tbh, if you buy it you take your chances

Has there ever been a more financially exploited animal?
One minute stakes are being claimed on them, the next, steaks are claimed from them.
          Findus on Facebook?

Findus lasagne wouldn't even be looked at on most people's freezers let along tables at dinner time...
Having said that Kerry katona was the face of Iceland for years and lets be honest looks like a back end of a horse!!

Romanian horse? More like 12 year old donkey. Kinda makes a mockery of the EU 30 month limit for beef cattle, and traceability passports
All that folks that have been buying all that 20 burgers for £1 are suddenly shocked and horrified, that's the most surprising thing of all

True, although I suspect many people buying stuff like that are poor forkers struggling on next to FA money...

If you're just about keeping your head above water, it's no choice time

You could get 1 ton of horse mince for about £20.
That's about 2,200 Lbs of mince for £20!
Will be getting cheaper now due to the lack of demand.
Tasted all right before so fill your freezers ready for the summer bbq season.
An abbatior in Lugan Co. Antrim has had a day set aside for horses for years now.
The nice cuts were all perfectly legally exported to the cheese eating surrender monkeys but as for the rest?
TBH the mass produced beef mince is just as suspect. Biggest pile of sh1t goes into it.
                              Stick with your butchers/farm shops.
