Blue escort in fareham

There is a blue mk1 which has recently appeared on a drive not 30 seconds from my house. White RS2 stripes and superlites, sounds like a hot x-flow too. Not a lurker off here is it? Or anyone know who it is ?? Another car for the fareham massive
