    Was my 1st ND ! Only been to local RS shows up till then Was a real eye opener for me at the time ?

        were exciting days D, groundbreaking and very tough and difficult to get the concept across to so many, however, the rest is history.

        on the PA that day (he can be clearly heard) is current MSA general secretary and at the time RSOC 'Gravel voice' Rob Jones.

        if i recall, something like just over 100 traders, @ 60 Autojumble type stands, around a dozen Bona Fide exhibitors (Mobil, Ford, Yokohama, Recaro, minilite, etc etc)an oversubscribed track entry, and one of the biggest gatherings for concours ever in the history of the RSOC

        Of course, it wouldnt have been the success it was without the strong support of the RSOC members who came in Droves and gave great support that year and the following immediate years (i think 1994 saw something like 15,000 paying adults)

                Hi all

                Yes those were the days, Mo and i used to stay at Donnington cottage and could not get to sleep for RSs arriving at the circuit all through the night
