Will 'the scene' get better in 2013

"Historically" this site has been about the banter & complete p1ss take of people and their cars. Nothing malicious, just good fun. Sadly, this is no more as people are just too damn serious now. Ffs lighten up.

Many people on here have been subjected to a mauling over the years and they are all still here. Never a moan. Just took it in the spirit it was intended.

There is and never has been a "gang" it was about a group of enthusiasts who liked the RS marque of Escort.

There seem to be a lot of bitter people around now who just don't seem to get it. If someone dares to criticise another's car then dummies are thrown etc. my old car YUE was subjected to snide comments when I showed it in concours. It was always the newer people who made these comments!! I remember standing near the car with Spence at one show (Croft iirc) listening to some know-all picking faults. We just joined in but really bitched about the car as they didn't know it was mine!!!!!!!!

wasn't meany to be negative, I have had many people talk to me about this subject in the last couple of years all feeling the same. I wanted to see how folk on here felt. had a great conversation with old school notts lads last night and we are all going to TRY and get out more next year and make the effort. I know things won't be what they where but if they can improve slightly next year and that'll be great. Everyone has there opinion and thats what I wanted to see. Not being negative just trying to see what peoples feelings are and what could be done to get the buzz going again. that is all
