my mate has bought a mk2 to do up...i asked him by email how it is going and he replied as below.

The car is not going so well stripped down and I have had the interior re upholstered I really need to find out if any one has a new chassis/shell the same as heritage supply for the old MG range.

anyone shed any light on what he means.

Heritage are a part of the MG Owners Club, when Rover, BL etc.... stopped making Panels for the old cars the pressed were passed to the owners club to keep supply up.

Ford shipped the mk2 presses to Mexico. WHY WHY WHY ???
