      Must be showing my age again, by the time BMX were out, i was already a proud owner of a Suzuki AP50, what a bike, superior to the FSIE, because it had 5 gears instead of 4 !! lol, In my time the Grifter was the bike to have, and i did, however, looked the biz, just far far to heavy,

        I had a Honda SS50

        Couldnt leave it standard of course

        Fitted a C70 head barrel and piston - went well after - lol

        And it was a 5 speed SS50 as well

          If we are talking about mods, after the AP50, i had one of the first RD125LC,s top bike, reed valve, Alspeed pipe, must rarer than the Micron, had nothing till 8k, then took-off, top speed 96mph (indicated) over the Windsor relief road, what a bike, lol

              Grifter was "Too Heavy" I had a Tomahawk, (Chopper's younger brother) Awsome stunt bike but liked breaking my fingers................. Went to a Chopper next. Never had a BMX as I missed the phase Was too bust making a racket with my drums by that stage
