Anyone understand German??..

Does anyone speak,understand German??? I won an item of the German eBay and it's a pile of sh#te!!!!Im trying to send it back to him,but I'm getting no joy,I've gone on a couple of translate website to try and convert to english which It does, but it's not very clear to understand,can any one help us or recommend a decent translate website??!!!......
