Seen this on iRally it was at pikes peak. They were only very lucky thats got to be bigger than jarri-matti's roll a couple of years ago!

The problem is that this is the first year of running the Pikes Peak since they laid Asphalt all the way to the top, so everyone was trying to break existing records, there was a few excursions, but none as spectacular as this one, there is roof cam footage out there also.
