I remember these cars from back in the day & am following this thread with huge interest!!
Who owns the collection of roadgoing group B cars in the two pics above???? Are they in the UK??? That's exactly the collection which would sit my post lottery win garage!!!!!! Any more pics & info from inside there????
Around 1989, I vaugely remember catching a passing glance of a blue road going RS1700T. It was sitting in an old Ford dealerships window, between Skegness & Ingoldmels. I wasn't able to stop & it's not a part of the world which I frequent... This car was later confirmed as being there by an ex work colleague who had lived at Skeggy around that time.
Anyone know of this one & where it might be now??? I'm wondering if it's the Malcolm Wilson owned car..sigpic

Hi mate you guest right,it is the one that malcolm wilson owns,it used to be his company car when he rallied the 17t in south africa,it used to be owned by brian bell when you saw it in skegvagas,i will have a look for some interior shots of it,i have an interior shot of one of the early rd cars will have a look for it too, malcoms car is the only road prototype to have a full interior the others were a bit sparse.a170rst belongs to brian betridge ,the man that's owns the concoarse rs200, the sa spec blue car is owned by mike nevin, dont know the owner of the white road car that was restored in sa,but belive it to be at barnard castle in durham with spares to build 2 more, and wvw100w i think is owned by a museum in america.
