I had the same problem around 9 pm last night, a PM seemed to appear, clicked the link - nothing there.

with minutes apart ?

I have sent pm's to a few people today

All got replied to and only 1 notification e-mail each time

Multiple warning e-mails can be received if the sender presses the submit button more than once
