  • Windows 7 won't shut down

Need help please. Running windows 7 64 bit. It has developed an annoying problem in that it won't shut down or go to sleep. When it goes to shut down it just re-starts again. When it goes to sleep it just again, re-starts then freezes.

    Any Ideas please?

    Many thanks, Kev.

This guy will sort out the cookies......

Have you done a youtube search for the problem Kev..????
If you can't sort it drop it in to one of your local PC repair shops.
For what they charge & how long they take it's not worth the head ache if its not an easy fix.
