I was warned about him but chose to judge by personal experience - BIG MISTAKE!!
Apparently i'm incompetent and ungrateful
I can't go into detail as i haven't resolved my dispute but i think in this instance, make you own judgements based on general feedback on all forums.
I don't think he will be around for long - unless of course Mary Portas steps in......
