Places to stay in Edinburgh

Looking for nice hotel's, B&B, Guest House's etc to stay in Edinburgh. If anything good near the playhouse would be a plus.
Up there soon for one night.

i am from glasgow but stayed in edinburgh last year at tiger lily superb although a bit pricey but was worth every penny mate
