    The guy who aquired my Rothmans rally suits posted me a shot of his full spec GRP4 machine first time out. Massive money to paint and build thats why hes taking it easy.

    Is that the guy that was at Classic Ford - Santa Pod

    Methinks he was the one that bought the damaged x-works shell from David Sutton

    Rebuilt it and now is claiming his car should have the "works" identity

    The "works" identity was put onto the re-shelled works car.

    Glad I aint got to sort that one out !!

          Nice Car. Is that him just pulling out from the side of the road? It's just that I see his steering is quite far turned to the left

          Slightly off topic, But does anyone know if the works cars/shells actually had any chassis numbers stamped into them as all the strut tops would be plated for Gp4 from day1???? It's just that I've heard you need a chassis plate to get an M.O.T. but I don't know about the actual chassis stamping

            you can get an mot without the chassis number but you must have the plate with it on
