Dont forget this is/was a Cozzy steel crank

Hard as nails and they have shaped and polished it to mirror

Be interesting to hear off some of the engine builders on here what they think !

Standard cossie cranks are v good anyway but know she's knife edged, polished and balanced she will do the buisness. good to 9500 id say.

Whilst I am trying to make a high spec engine !

The majority of the work is for reliability and smoothness

Just hope I get power to suit how the internals look - lol

Wayne - any tips when throwing the crank into the block ?

I always ensure I can rotate the crank at every turn of the main bearing caps

Also I fit con rods to crank (crank not in block) to ensure no binding on journal (then build again when crank is in block)

                          Loads of oil etc etc
