Seems to be a lot to choose, don't want to spend a fortune as it's not something I'll be using everyday.Any ideas?cheeRS

cheap/free Nokia phone ones are better than TomToms as they give you a bit of notice before the turn offs .
sigpic 2.1 ATMO YB POWER .
Tick tock goes the clock and the clock don't lie .
12.4sec to 109mph With NO turbo , NO gay trailer , NO slicks , NO gas , NO race fuel and NO bits missing . Beat that !!!!

I have TomTom on the iPhone but it's the HD traffic that makes it for me - it's excellent at avoiding the traffic jams

sat navs should be banned to many people messing with them while driveng should be the same law for a sat nav as a phone IMO

What if the sat nav is on the phone? where does that stand in law?

I use a road atlas, and my nose. If I get lost I stop and ask for directions.

If I'm going somewhere never been before I use Google street view to memorise landmarks.

Sat navs send you the wrong way, the software is always out of date.
