1987 and me in my my rs2000 could open it up and give it some welly from the chain bar in Cleckheaton to Rothwell/Wakefield turn off these days when I'm back in blighty lucky to hit 40mph on the same stretch of road

Was on that stretch again today, doing my usual 50-55 but then there`s always the odd one who come flying past

I`ve never heard of anyone getting a ticket, some say if you change lanes the cameras don`t pick you up (old wives tale perhaps) ?

When coming from Cleckheaton to Halifax it`s now quicker to not go on the M62.

I love driving hire cars in the UK.

I've never had a ticket yet . I go through the M1 roadworks early in the morning at weekends at 80-90mph with black and silver plates and there's Specs cameras every few miles .
