We have a Parrot in a Hyundai mini bus,and its very good.Think you can get them for less than £100 too

I had a Sony headunit with bluetooth fitted in the van a few months ago Rob and thats really good. The stereo was shite and this has ipod conn too, all in & fitted for £150

I had a parrot 3100 in my previous car, it always worked fine
And the newer one has voice activation
