In all honesty Paul. what a wonderful position to be in, i would save the 30k, add to it, and go huntin a 200 !!! knowing your ability of sniffing out things, one will turn up for 30-somthing,,,,,,,,,, that WILL give you somthing to think about !!!!! and of course others. lol
