This was taken from the Congestion Charging Website www.cclondon.com

The charge applies to vehicles parked or driven on public roads in the charging zone during charging hours. If you are parked off-street or in a resident's parking bay (within your local parking zone) with the relevant parking permit, then you can park all day without paying the congestion charge. This applies whether or not you are registered for a discount, providing you do not move the vehicle in the charging zone (even to leave the zone) during the charging hours (7.00a.m. - 6.30p.m. Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays). However, if you move your vehicle at all during the charging hours, you will have to pay the congestion charge.

So it looks like you will only pay for the Friday.
