fuel trouble

This has already been introduced in Germany, you can still get petrol with 5% bio-ethanol but the petrol companies charge 3-4 cents a litre more; building up reserves of cash ready for the fines that will come from Brussels for not having sold a high enough percentage of E10 fuel.
This is typical of the EU (politics in general), punishing the people that didn't want the fuel in the first place, just to appease the German motor manufacturers. E10 is namely a C02 cheat, i.e. the biomass used to make E10 "consumes" C02, thereby any emitted by vehicles has already been compensated so-called
