New motorway speed limit

Well i thought there was a new limit on the motorway today on the way to the pod

At one point the lightweights i was with were down to 50 mph ....whats all that about then?????

frosty did have an excuse as he had the mrs and kids with him but the rest of you ....tut ..tut
