I work on those Rolls Royce Silver Shadows and thats what I wish I could do to all of them, horrible cars to work on.

Work on the brakes and just as you finish up something else goes wrong with them.

and the parts are stupidly priced just coz there Rolls Royce/Bentley parts.

i used to work at Ristes in Nottingham restoring them. brakes are a pig. the suspension's worse. takes a week of solid work to re-condition it all. 7 grand in all for using the wrong fluid..........................

Accumulators are a pain too when the hose on the brake fluid bleed bottle shoots off and 2000psi brake fluid shoots out all over you and catches fire on the exhaust GREAT!

£800 for a Master Cylinder!

and they drive like a sack of sh*te!

best place for them in a swimming pool.

Agree totally. Accumulators used to **** me off completely. All the piping was a nightmare as you had to do everything up loosely so it would all fit together. Bleeding them was fun........................
