Been with Orange for Donkey years currently D/Load 2.5 U/Load 0.1
paying 13 quid a month 2gig

BT not the cheapest but they will give you the best upload speed as most of the others (Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet) won't pay to send a BT engineer out to optimise your line.

I was getting 1Mb download and 0.1Mb upload with Talk Talk and after BT came it was 6.4Mb download and 0.68Mb upload
