Urgent Help required

I have just forked out for a 4 spoke rs steering wheel and boss. The guy who sold it to me assured me the boss was for a MKII RS !! Foolishly i took him at his word... Paid to have the wheel recovered and today i went to fit it and the central whole in the boss is too small !! Fuc* !!

Trying to get hold of an original boss is proving to be more difficult than i thought. Any ideas regarding any aftermarket items which will do the job or has anyone got one or any suggestions as to how i can fit this lovely now recovered RS 4 spoke wheel to me MKII RS ??

Hi Kidz,
if have or can get a knackered standard rs steering wheel then you can cut the boss down to size an get it drilled/tapped to fit your new 4 spoke wheel. You can even use your other boss as a template for size etc.
Any engineering firm will do it for you.
I did that for mine, it cost me £20.

RS Boss

I have offered my new wheel up to the rop of the boss. The holes which will need to be drilled will be too close to the central section which has metal tabs pointing up and down to secure the centre cap ...

Any other options ?
