To windy for wind turbines , a recorded 165 mph in the cairngorm mountains , 8 mph short of the all time record .

Now the snow is back on over the high ground again . One of the worst weather in Scotland in 100 years . Power down and lots of roads closed rail down land slips flooding and buildings down , just about everything you can imagine .
