I see there is someone making them over the water (on the emerald isle), the quality doesn't look fantastic and they are expensive compared to the Burton ones.
Has anyone fitted an alloy cover? I am told that they "amplify" the noise of the valvetrain which, depending on how noisy your engine is, could mean a right racket under the bonnet at high revs.
