  • what a hell of a month

    just had a hell of a month,after many months of test & byopsies and an operation a few weeks ago it has been confirmed today that my wife has cancer,im absolutly destroyed she has thyriod cancer,she noe has to see if the other thyriod in the other side of her neck is infected so more tests & if so another operation on her neck,im just dumstruck at the moment

    sorry to hear that. not good. i lost my mum to cancer in feb this year.

      Hopefully the diagnosis was early enough, that's the main thing, if that disease has time to take hold, it really is an uphill battle.

      Best of luck to you both, I'm sure you'll both pull through, a mate of mine, his mother had the big C, but she got over it. Chin up and try to look to the future.

          my mum goes in next week for an op, looks like its back again, its a flipping shite disease mate thats for sure. Hope all works out ok for you guys.
