Aberdeen has the new union square shopping center at the train station , lots of nice food outlets in there and shops . Pubs can be found on union street lots to pick from .
Inverness has a very nice Indian at the corner of the bridge street up stairs , or try the new drumossi hotel for food very nice , I have stayed there over 20 times . As for pubs there are lots in the town center . Or along the riverside .
Aberdeen, i live here you can try a few bar on union street the grill is a bar i go to loads and loads of whiskies, food chinese on bridge street is good it is called the yanesse river.
had some good food there, few pints and good music. made my way up to hootananny where there was a great craic with the live banjo music.
out and about the next day i even saw an UG Focus RS in Muir of Ord.
on to Aberdeen and i was working up at 'Black dog' ind estate, however in the evening made it to Slains castle, the revolution, the siberia, Karova, The office, and finally some dinner at the square.
