Hi Guys/Gals.
As some of you may be aware, there was a list of Harriers that Dave Jupp had dated back in 1996, and another updated version of this done by Matt (harrierjumpjet) and Shane in 2009. im trying to take it one step further by updating it and adding part chassis number into the equation. I can see it being a long time before the list is populated sufficiently to help people, but im willing to give it a try lol. Im not putting full numbers in as that would help idiots who would prob try to clone any, but at the same time it should help honest buyers see an original example and when anyone wants to sell one, it should help them with the sale, also they can quote the car as being on the revised list.
If you are ok with this, then i would like the missing bits to fill this part in BBAT????, that is all im after, im not interested and dont want the rest of the chassis number, as this 1st part should hopefully tell anyone enough about the originality of the Harrier. As these numbers come in, im hoping a pattern will emerge giving us a block of similar codes.
Already i have 4 that are BBATWP95 and 2 that are WP96, others will also have either AA or AB instead of the WP in them.
PM me the reg number, present colour, if your car has the harrier tag fitted and the above info of your car if you would like it including in the list.
It doesnt matter if your Harrier is in bits, or a resto project any information would be appreciated.
So far my list has 194 possible harriers on it and a few that i only have part reg numbers for. Out of the above 194, i have got about half way through checking information via DVLA and so far only 14 are presently on the road or on SORN, i dare say once i have completed going through the list, i will find some more.
many thanks and best regards Tony.
