Have the MSA banned bulkhead mods for 2012?

Is this going to have quite a large effect on people running alternative power plants in Mk1's & Mk2's?

The S2000 unit springs to mind immediately!

Is this for new builds or retrospective?

Pretty sure its for newly logbooked cars
They were suppost to be banning using different manufacturer engine and one-off makes(like Andy Burtons peugeot 306R4) a few years ago aswell
