new calipers arrived

they are m16 4 pot replacements, bolt straight on to fit gp1 discs. :thumbleft:

My mate Geoff bought a set of those from Rally Design then got a phone call a few weeks later (before he had fitted them) from RD saying that the manufacturer had called them and told them that some seals had been incorrectly fitted on a batch of units and not to use them until new seals had been sent out. Not sure what seals or how wide spread the problem but some caution might be in order.

Chris - yes they have dust seals, this type is designed for road use.
they were bought straight from Hi- Spec themselves.
Arron - Rally Design sell willwoods not Hi Spec, these are totally different calipers.

What's the deal with the dust seals??? have the Wilwood M16 replacements without the seals? What special care should be taken? Great looking calipers though Ders.

Interesting how those pads dont cover the full surface area of the disc.
